Nikhita Singh
Founder & Director

Writer, director, educator and creative communications professional — her work focuses on gender and culture. She holds an M.A. in Media & Cultural Studies from TISS, Mumbai, and a B.A. in Sociology from Maitreyi College, University of Delhi. She has worked with Amazon Prime Video, BBC Studios, Girl Effect, Khabar Lahariya, Chambal Media, Tamaasha Theatre, Theatre Arpana, and Nalanda Arts Studio. She currently teaches at ATLAS SkillTech University, Mumbai and has been a faculty member at Wilson College, Mumbai University.

Dheeraj Dubey
Director

With a keen interest in studying visual mediums, his work focuses on leveraging the power of storytelling and visual communication for social change. He holds an MBA in Development Management from SPJIMR, Mumbai, and an MA in Media & Cultural Studies from TISS, Mumbai. He’s the Founder of the Centre for Contemporary Folklore, and has led media and communications initiatives for prominent non-profits like Pratham Education, National Skill Development Corporation, DLF Foundation, and Tech Mahindra Foundation.

Divyansh Thada
Creative Lead

Cinematographer and Photographer based in Bombay and Indore, with experience in Art Direction, Production, and Direction. He was the cinematographer for the short film ‘Every Frame a Painting’ at Harkat’s 16mm Film Festival 2022. His latest project, ‘Kadhai’, was created during his film school education, where he served as both director and cinematographer.

Jasmin Thakar
Research & Production Manager

A versatile artist skilled in acting, writing, poetry, dance, direction, and production, she has degrees in Psychology and Literature, and an associate from Trinity for Communication Skills. Her works include a semi-theatrical piece called ‘Shringaar’, directing ‘The Crucible’ at St. Xavier’s College, being a top-12 contestant on Dance Plus Pro, and writing the independently published ‘Happiness: the Birthright’. She also wrote, directed, and acted in the vertical short series ‘Aathvan’, and was a nominee for IFP’15 Filmmaking Challenge.

Medha Mitra
Designer

A design student at NIFT Kannur, originally from Kolkata, with interests in illustration, visual storytelling, and UI/UX design. She creates character-driven, human-centric visuals and intuitive digital experiences, and runs Paper Treats, where personal stories are translated into thoughtful caricature illustrations.
